These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and spin ph ("spin ph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at spinph.lat.

By accessing the spin ph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms are written in English and govern your relationship with spin ph. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail.

To register and use the spin ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age applies to all real-money gaming activities on spin ph, consistent with PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gaming in the Philippines. Players between 18 and 20 years of age are not eligible for casino game categories.

3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Not a Restricted Person: Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of spin ph and its affiliated entities, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

spin ph reserves the right to request identity and age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds obtained in violation of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on spin ph. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. You are obligated to keep this information updated. spin ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You agree to notify spin ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. spin ph shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC): Prior to processing your first withdrawal, spin ph is required to verify your identity. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or PhilSys ID). spin ph may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent withdrawal of funds.

All transactions on spin ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). spin ph supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven (Cliqq). Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

1. Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level and payment method.
3. Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 business days. spin ph does not guarantee specific processing times as they may be affected by third-party payment providers.
4. Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, AML screening, and bonus wagering requirement fulfillment where applicable.
5. Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. spin ph reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal arrangements at its discretion for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
6. Transaction Fees: spin ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which spin ph bears no responsibility.

spin ph reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, AML violation, or breach of these Terms.

spin ph may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom must be wagered a specified number of times before they become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, baccarat, and roulette may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
3. Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
5. Abuse Prevention: spin ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of promotional exploitation.

spin ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players should read full promotion terms before opting in.

All games on spin ph are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules provide additional specificity regarding game mechanics.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer procedures conducted in accordance with the studio's operating protocols. Results are final upon settlement. spin ph is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical failures on the player's end, including but not limited to internet disconnection, device malfunction, or browser incompatibility.

In the event of a malfunction, void, or error during gameplay — including errors in displayed paytables, incorrect bonus triggers, or server-side faults — spin ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the player's balance. No additional compensation will be offered for gameplay affected by technical errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spin ph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Registering, accessing, or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
2. Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule;
3. Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players;
4. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in live games, or engage in chip-dumping;
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors rather than reporting them to spin ph support;
6. Using the platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any conduct prohibited under Philippine law or international AML regulations;
7. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC;
8. Engaging in chargebacks or reversals on deposits after participating in games with those funds;
9. Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players.

All content on the spin ph platform, including but not limited to the spin ph brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of spin ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted under these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any spin ph content without express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spin ph, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

1. Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform;
2. Any conduct or content of third parties on the platform;
3. Unauthorized access to or use of your account;
4. Interruptions to service caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond spin ph's reasonable control.

spin ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by spin ph's gross negligence.

spin ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. We provide the following tools to assist players in managing their gaming activity:

1. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately; requests to raise a limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
2. Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them after a specified duration of uninterrupted play.
3. Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount over a defined period, after which betting is temporarily suspended.
4. Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.

spin ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its reasonable discretion that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining after deduction of bonus funds, voided winnings, or amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

Players may request closure of their own accounts at any time by contacting spin ph support via live chat. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be processed immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. spin ph operates within the regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute between a player and spin ph arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through spin ph's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies of the Philippines.

Game transaction records maintained by spin ph shall constitute prima facie evidence of the relevant facts in any dispute, unless demonstrated to be inaccurate by clear and convincing evidence.
